【法式拳擊裁判訓練班 Savate Referee Course】
法式拳擊裁判的發展框架、培訓計劃及認證旨在提升裁判的專業知識和技能，確保比賽的公平性和公正性。SFHK舉辦國際法式拳擊聯合會(FISAV) 認可初、高級及國際裁判認證課程。

【初級裁判證書課程】
a) 完成初級裁判證書課程並需要考試合格
b) 熟識法式拳擊比賽賽例及裁判要點
c) 理論及實習課總缺席時數(包括遲到及早退)不多於 3 小時
報讀課程資格:
1) 年滿18 歲至 65 歲
2) 本會有效會員
3) 需有兩年學習法式拳擊經驗並通過入學測試

【高級裁判證書課程】
a) 完成高級裁判證書課程並需要考試合格
b) 熟練地掌握和運用法式拳擊比賽規則和技術
c) 精通競賽規則並能準確、熟練地運用，具有全面的腕力技術
d) 具有一定的裁判理論水平和實踐經驗，基本上具有較高裁判工作能力
e) 理論及實習課總缺席時數(包括遲到及早退)不多於 3 小時
報讀課程資格:
1) 年滿18 歲至65 歲
2) 本會有效會員
3) 持有有效初級裁判證書
4) 具3年或以上初級裁判執法經驗 (每年需擔任5場或以上執法裁判)

【國際裁判證書課程】
a) 由總會向國際法式拳擊聯合會(FISAV)推薦，到海外接受培訓
b) 具 5年或以上一級裁判執法經驗 (每年需擔任5場或以上執法裁判)

註冊政策
法式拳擊裁判的註冊政策旨在確保裁判的專業性和教學質量，促進法式拳擊的發展。
1) 年滿18歲至65歲
2) 裁判註冊證每兩年續牌一次。
3) 年度：以4月1日至翌年3月31日計算。
4) 所有合資格註冊的裁判需於第 1 年 4 月 1 日至第 3 年 3 月 31 日期間，符合以下所有條件， 方可續牌繼續註冊成為裁判。(以「裁判出勤紀錄手冊」所簽妥之紀錄為準)

總會有效個人會員。
出席總會指定的裁判工作坊。(研討及實習各一次)
裁判註冊證如因違失或損毀等原因需向總會申請補發，需繳交補發費用港幣200元。
第 3 年度之 1 月 1 日開始，如裁判已合乎上述所有條件，可提早申請辦理裁判續牌。
裁判的義務
協助推廣法式拳擊，使比賽在公平公正的原則下順利進行
高級或以上裁判將獲總會將推薦擔任司令台之大會幹事或主要工作人員工作
出席研討會鑽研賽事執法之技巧、規則及在各賽事完成結束後在檢討會上或事後給予意見

【Savate Referee Course】

The development framework, training program, and certification for Savate referees are designed to enhance their professional knowledge and skills, ensuring the fairness and impartiality of competitions. SFHK organizes beginner, advanced, and international referee certification courses recognized by the International Savate Federation (FISAV).

【Beginner Referee Certificate Course】
a) Complete the Beginner Referee Certificate Course and pass the examination.
b) Be familiar with Savate competition rules and key points of refereeing.
c) Total absence (including late arrival and early departure) from theory and practical sessions must not exceed 3 hours.

Eligibility for Enrollment:

Aged 18 to 65.
A valid member of the Association.
Have at least two years of Savate learning experience and pass the entrance test.
【Advanced Referee Certificate Course】
a) Complete the Advanced Referee Certificate Course and pass the examination.
b) Proficiently master and apply Savate competition rules and techniques.
c) Have a thorough command of competition rules and be able to apply them accurately and skillfully; possess comprehensive wrist techniques.
d) Possess a certain level of refereeing theory knowledge and practical experience, demonstrating a high level of refereeing capability.
e) Total absence (including late arrival and early departure) from theory and practical sessions must not exceed 3 hours.

Eligibility for Enrollment:

Aged 18 to 65.
A valid member of the Association.
Hold a valid Beginner Referee Certificate.
Have at least 3 years of experience as a beginner referee (must have officiated at least 5 matches per year).
【International Referee Certificate Course】
a) Recommended by the Association to the International Savate Federation (FISAV) for overseas training.
b) Have at least 5 years of experience as an advanced referee (must have officiated at least 5 matches per year).

Registration Policy

The registration policy for Savate referees aims to ensure the professionalism and teaching quality of referees, promoting the development of Savate.

Aged 18 to 65.
The Referee Registration Certificate must be renewed every two years.
Annual period: Calculated from April 1 to March 31 of the following year.
All eligible referees must meet all the following conditions between April 1 of the first year and March 31 of the third year to renew their registration and continue as referees. (Based on records signed in the “Referee Attendance Record Handbook”.)
Be a valid individual member of the Association.
Attend the referee workshops designated by the Association. (One seminar and one practical session each.)
If the Referee Registration Certificate needs to be reissued due to loss or damage, a reissuance fee of HKD 200 must be paid to the Association.
Starting from January 1 of the third year, if the referee meets all the above conditions, they may apply early for referee license renewal.
Referee’s Obligations

Assist in promoting Savate, ensuring competitions proceed smoothly under the principles of fairness and justice.
Advanced referees or above will be recommended by the Association to serve as event officials or key staff in the command center.
Attend seminars to study competition officiating techniques and rules, and provide feedback during post-event review meetings or afterwards.
